This morning I’m in Great Falls at the Montana University System 2026 Mental Health and Wellbeing Summit. I am grateful to be invited.

I’ll be covering a ton of info in 50 min, so it will be sort of like the speed-dating or caffeinated version of the Pursuit of Happiness. The ppts are linked below. Will I get through them? Your guess–as my mother liked to say–is as good as mine.

I saw the sunrise over the Missouri River on my drive from Helena this morning. Spectacular! I wish I had a photo to share. But instead, you have to use your imagination.
